The Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI 100 comes fitted with the Bosch MD1CS003 control system. It’s an advanced ECU that requires a skilled tuner to adjust the torque model properly. This ECU also needs bench programming. Most tuning tools can do this without needing to open the ECU. Bring the vehicle to our workshop, or send the ECU to us, and we’ll sort it out. Plus, our online service is there if you have the right programming tool.
The 1.5 Blue HDI has systems like the EGR, SCR/AdBlue, and a DPF. With our HDI Tuning remap, you can keep these systems running. Our Stage 1 remap runs very clean, meaning there’s little chance of the filter getting clogged vs the factory mapping.
Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI 100 Stage 1 Remap (130 BHP
| 300 Nm
)
We’ve put in the work to offer the best remap for the Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI Engine. Our Stage 1 remap pushes your power to 130 BHP and torque to an impressive 300Nm, all while keeping a steady torque curve.
We based this remap’s torque curve on the 130 BHP model’s settings, so your Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI 100 will drive well and reliably.
The engine in the Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI 100 uses the MHI TD02L11 wastegate-regulated turbo. This turbo is known for quick spooling and lasting a long time. It’s been used in the 1.6 eHDI and 1.6 BlueHDI models, with a few tweaks for the 1.5 HDI Engine. We add a bit more turbo pressure, but it’s within the safe limits.
Driving the Peugeot Partner 1.5 BlueHDI, you’ll feel better throttle response, more torque at low revs, and good power at high revs. We’re sure you’ll enjoy driving it even more after our remap.

Programming Methods – bench programming
The Bosch MD1 ECU can be programmed using Bitbox and a Scanmatik 2 device.
Programming via Bench service mode over CAN with Bitbox
This is our preferred way to program. The ECU must be removed, but there is no need to open the ECU and risk damage. A full backup can be made of both the EEPROM and the internal flash memories.
- Order a Scanmatik 2 Pro J2534 programming device and a Bitbox dongle with the MD1 license.
- Remove ECU from the vehicle.
- Connect specified wires to ECU plug connector.
- ID the ECU.
- Read the ECU memories.
- Email software to HDI Tuning.
- Wait for us to prepare your remap and return it back to you.
- Program the remap to the ECU using the same method taken to read the ECU.
- Refit the ECU, check engine starts.
- Let your engine warm up and then take the car for a spin, enjoy the extra power!
