1.4 D 68 BHP Siemens SID206 – HDI Tuning Limited

Our stage 1 remap is designed to run on a standard vehicle without needing any upgrades. The 1.4 CD has a small but very responsive turbo charger and is not fitted with an intercooler. This means it’s important to adjust power (fuelling) to stay well within safe and clean air fuel ratios but we can also get quite a big gain thanks to the extra air available.

1.4 HDI 8V 54 BHP 2005 – 2014 Siemens SID805 – HDI Tuning Limited

The 1.4 HDI 54 BHP variant comes from the factory with a much lower power output than other 1.4 HDI models, as the gearbox is rated to a lower torque level. HDI Tuning will take your 1.4 HDI to 90 BHP and 200Nm. Our remap stays within the safe limit of the gearbox, whilst still providing plenty of margin for safety. The torque delivery is smooth and controlled and this is an important factor to look after your clutch and gearbox.
