The Peugeot 208 1.6 BlueHDI is fun to drive and comes in 3 different power variants. There is a 75BHP model which is a downtuned version of the 100 BHP model, these both use the MHI TD02 turbo charger. There’s also a 120 BHP model which uses a larger Garrett GTD1244VZ VNT turbo charger.

The Peugeot 208 1.6 BlueHDI 75 BHP and also the 100 BHP variants of the 1.6 Blue HDI are fitted with the exact same components, this is good news as you can remap for more power without needing to upgrade your vehicle in any way.
Our Stage 1 remap will take your Peugeot 208 1.6 Blue HDI 75 BHP all the way to 126BHP and a whopping 300Nm of torque. Our stage 1 remap provides constant smooth torque through the entire rev range whilst remaining well within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger.
The Peugeot 208 1.6 BlueHDI 120BHP Engine comes fitted with a Bosch EDC17C60 tuning protected ECU and an excellent GTD1244VZ turbo charger. There are many levels of tuning protection in this ECU but our advanced programming equipment and bespoke tuning software can overcome all of this safely.
The GTD turbo offers great spool and lots of torque throughout the rev range, it also gives lots of room to tune further thanks to it’s advanced design and the strength and reliability this offers.
Our Stage 1 remap will take your Peugeot 208 1.6 BlueHDI 120 BHP to 150BHP and a staggering 320Nm of torque. The stage 1 performance remap provides constant smooth torque through the entire rev range and great top end power.
