Our most popular service is our online remapping service. This means you can benefit from one of our high quality custom written remaps from anywhere in the world. All you need to do is to order our MyGenius programming device and then you can program the ECU yourself.
The online remap service is designed for hobbyists and enthusiasts who want to tune their car from home whilst benefiting from the only remaps in the world written by a HDI specialist. The Dimsport MyGenius OBD flashing device covers almost every HDI and TDCI engine.
Professional tuners can move straight to our Tuning File Portal.
The easiest and most reliable way to program your ECU is using the Dimsport MyGenius OBD programming tool. This is a genuine tool developed by Dimsport (one of the leaders in tuning tool technology) which is designed to be extremely user friendly and very safe to use. To use the online remap service you need to order the MyGenius programming device.
-Scan the barcode in the box to get a link to the software install.
-Install the PC software to update and initialise the MyGenius tool
-Connect to your cars OBD port, ID and read out the ECU software
-Connect the tool to the PC software and email us the original file
-We will engineer your remapped software and email it back to you within 24 hours
-Connect battery support (such as a trickle charger) to the cars 12v battery, connect your Dimsport MyGenius to the OBD port, program the remapped file
NOTE: It’s important that your vehicle is running in tip top condition before you go ahead with a remap, a remap can only improve power if all components are functioning as they should. Of course we can remove faults created by components such as a blocked DPF, broken EGR, or faulty intake throttle flaps and many more, but a remap cannot fix basic mechanical problems. If you want to maximuse performance you should carry out a full service, use good quality oil and good quality filters (cheap filters clog up very quickly).
Always replace the fuel filter before tuning, you want to assist the fuel pump in delivering an increased amount of fuelling.

We offer a complete online remapping service for any vehicle equipped with the 2.0 or 2.2 HDI engine using the Bosch EDC15C2 control system.
The process is simple: connect to your vehicle through the diagnostic port using Dimsport MyGenius. Send us the original ECU data along with payment for the service you require. Once we receive this from you, we will create a custom remap and email it back to you as soon as it is ready.
Using Dimsport MyGenius, you can then program your vehicle’s ECU, and your vehicle will be successfully remapped.
We also offer an excellent online remapping service for the 1.4 and 1.6 HDI engines produced until the end of 2010, paired with a Bosch EDC16 ECU.
You can easily program these ECUs using Dimsport MyGenius through the OBD port in the vehicle. As long as the vehicle’s battery is connected to a charger and the process is not interrupted, this method is very reliable.
The later 1.6 HDI engines use a more complex ECU system with the Infineon Tricore ‘tuning protected’ processor. However, with a genuine programming tool like Dimsport MyGenius, you can safely and reliably program the ECU through the OBD port.
The DCM 3.4 can be programmed through the diagnostic port using Dimsport MyGenius, which is an excellent tool for this ECU model.
The DCM 3.5 can be programmed through the diagnostic port using Dimsport MyGenius. This is the easiest method and does not require any disassembly of the ECU.
The best option to program the later Delphi systems is using Dimsport MyGenius. This tool can safely and reliably program the ECU over the OBD port without the need to dismantle the ECU, ensuring a risk-free process.
Currently there are not any OBD options for the MD1CS003 ECUs, so you will need to send in your ECU to us and use our postal remap service. Currently there are no programming tools in the world that can program MD1CS003 produced after 2020, so only 2018 to 2020 are currently covered. Of course there will be an update at some point in the future, it’s only a matter of time until it’s cracked.
