As you probably know we’re always busy developing new remaps, especially for the Ford TDCI engines as these are shared with PSA. The Fiesta TDCI must be the most popular car for tuning we’ve ever seen, and that’s because they are light and can deliver excellent power with just a remap. On most of these engines we can double the power output with just a turbo upgrade without needing to change any internal parts, that’s pretty impressive.
We’ve even ran a Fiesta 1.6 TDCI 90 at 230 BHP with dyno results to prove it 😀

1.5 TDCI 8V 75 DPF 2013 – 2018 Bosch EDC17C70 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited
Our Stage 1 remap will take your Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI 75 BHP to 126BHP and a whopping 313Nm of torque (for models with a factory fitted intercooler), all this is possible whilst keeping the DPF in place and without any increased risk of clogging thanks to our DPF safe remap technology. You’ll also see a small improvement in fuel economy when using the Stage 1 remap.
1.5 TDCI 8V 95 DPF 2013 – 2018 Bosch EDC17C70 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited
The Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI from 2013 onwards fitted with the 8v engine and the Bosch EDC17C70 ECU responds very well to a remap. The HDI Tuning Stage 1 remap will take your Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI 95 BHP engine all the way up to 126BHP and a whopping 313Nm of torque.
1.6 TDCI 8V 75 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited
The 1.6 TDCI 75 BHP variant is usually identical to the more powerful 95 BHP version, this means a simple remap can deliver great power. It’s good to double check that your car comes fitted with an intercooler from the factory before continuing to read the tuning options below. In some countries these came without an intercooler so we tune to less power on a stage 1 remap unless the cooler is fitted, this is important to keep intake temps low.
1.6 TDCI 8V 95 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited
The Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI from 2010 onwards fitted with the 8v engine and the Bosch EDC17C10 ECU responds very well to a remap. Our Stage 1 remap will increase peak power to 123BHP with a maximum torque figure of 300Nm. Our stage 1 remap will transform the way your car drives making it much more responsive. The torque will not drop off and it will continue to pull right through the rev range.
1.6 TDCI 16V 90 2008 – 2010 Bosch EDC16C34 Ford Fiesta Mk7 – HDI Tuning Limited
Our stage 1 remap for the Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI 16v 90 Mk7 (2008 to 2010) is great fun to drive. The torque delivery will be strong and it will keep on pulling right until the higher revs. Peak torque will be increased to 270Nm and the maximum top end power figure will be 120 BHP. This remap is designed to be completely safe to run on stock components.
1.6 TDCI 16V 90 2005 – 2008 Bosch EDC16C34 Ford Fiesta Mk6 – HDI Tuning Limited
Theres only one place to go if you’re planning to tune your Ford Fiesta 1.6 16v TDCI 90 Mk6, and that’s HDI Tuning. Our stage 1 remap for the Fiesta 1.6 16v TDCI 90 provides constant and increased torque through the entire rev range whilst remaining well within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger.
