1.6 TDCI 16V 90 MK7 2008 – 2010 Bosch EDC16C34

The ford 1.6 TDCI 16v engine came with the Bosch EDC16 ECU, the later 8v engine came with a more advanced Bosch EDC17C10 ECU. HDI Tuning have the best remaps available for all variants.

1.6 TDCI 16V 90 2008 – 2010 Bosch EDC16C34 Ford Fusion Mk7 – HDI Tuning Limited



Our stage 1 remap for the Ford Fusion 1.6 TDCI 16v 90 Mk7 provides constant and increased torque through the entire rev range whilst remaining well within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger. The torque delivery will be smooth and stable and it won’t drop off in the higher RPMs like the stock mapping, making your 1.6 TDCI much more fun to drive.



1.6 TDCI 16V 90 2005 – 2008 Bosch EDC16C34 Ford Fusion Mk6 – HDI Tuning Limited

Our Stage 1 remap for the Ford Figo 1.6 TDCI available from 2010 onwards fitted with an 8v engine and the Bosch EDC17C10 ECU, will significantly enhance your car’s responsiveness. The peak power will be increased to 123BHP and the torque will reach a maximum of 300Nm. This remap ensures that the torque does not decline and continues to pull robustly throughout the rev range. The stage 1 remap stays well within the safe limits of the clutch and turbo charger, keeping all temperature protection limits active in the ECU software, ensuring it’s safe to drive.



1.6 TDCI 8V 75 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Figo – HDI Tuning Limited



The Ford Figo 1.6 TDCI 75 BHP variant is usually identical to the more powerful 95 variant. Please check that the car comes with a factory fitted intercooler, if not we will need to make a slighly less powerful remap.



1.6 TDCI 8V 75 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited



The 1.6 TDCI 75 BHP variant is usually identical to the more powerful 95 BHP version, this means a simple remap can deliver great power. It’s good to double check that your car comes fitted with an intercooler from the factory before continuing to read the tuning options below. In some countries these came without an intercooler so we tune to less power on a stage 1 remap unless the cooler is fitted, this is important to keep intake temps low.



1.6 TDCI 8V 95 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Fiesta – HDI Tuning Limited



The Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI from 2010 onwards fitted with the 8v engine and the Bosch EDC17C10 ECU responds very well to a remap. Our Stage 1 remap will increase peak power to 123BHP with a maximum torque figure of 300Nm. Our stage 1 remap will transform the way your car drives making it much more responsive. The torque will not drop off and it will continue to pull right through the rev range.



1.6 TDCI 8V 95 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford ECO Sport – HDI Tuning Limited



Our Stage 1 remap for the Ford ECO Sport 1.6 TDCI from 2010 onwards, fitted with the 8v PSA engine and the Bosch EDC17C10 ECU offers great performance. It increases peak power to 123BHP and maximum torque to 300Nm, making the car highly responsive. The torque does not drop off and continues to pull effectively through the rev range. The HDI Tuning remap is distinct as it provides both power and outstanding reliability. The stage 1 remap remains within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger, and we maintain all temperature protection limits in the ECU software, making it very safe to run.



1.6 TDCI 8V 95 DPF 2010 – 2013 Bosch EDC17C10 EU5 Ford Fusion – HDI Tuning Limited



From 2010 onwards, the Ford Fusion 1.6 TDCI equipped with the 8v engine and Bosch EDC17C10 ECU, responds exceptionally well to a Stage 1 remap. This remap boosts the peak power to 123BHP and the maximum torque to 300Nm, transforming the driving experience and making the car notably more responsive.
