Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our Affiliate Scheme. By joining our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1.1. To participate in our affiliate scheme, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
1.2. You must be an existing HDI Tuning customer
1.3. You need to leave a google review to be accepted to our affiliate scheme.
2.1. Payouts will be made atleast 30 days from the date of the order and usually within less than 60 days.
2.2. Payments will not be made for orders that are refunded or cancelled.
2.3. Payments can be later without needing to give a reason.
3.1. Payments will be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
3.2. All payments will be made in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). Please ensure you have created a GBP account within paypal if you choose paypal as your payout method.
3.3. If there are fees to transfer to your account they will come out of your end and are not covered by HDI Tuning.
4.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an affiliate’s membership at any time without providing a reason.
4.2. We also reserve the right to cease the entire affiliate scheme at any time without prior notice, in this event all outstanding payments will be settled.
5.1. If we suspect any foul play, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel any commission or discount.
5.2. We maintain the sole discretion to make decisions regarding suspected foul play, and by participating in the scheme, you agree to this term.
6.1. The percentage of rewards or vouchers may be changed at any time at our discretion and can be different for other affiliates.
6.2. Notice of any changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or our website.
7.1. We are not responsible for any financial losses, fees for late payments, or any other damages resulting from participation in the affiliate scheme.
7.2. We make no guarantees regarding the amount of commission you may earn.
7.3. By registering as an affiliate you agree that you will not take legal action against HDI Tuning Ltd for any reason relating to the affiliate scheme, and in the event of doing so, you will be liable personally for any resulting legal costs incurred by HDI Tuning Ltd.
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or our website. Current version date: 04/07/2024
8.2. Continued participation in the affiliate scheme after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By applying for and participating in our affiliate scheme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
